Pick a webinar, book your seat(s), and join our live product review online. Our team does an in-depth review of the featured firearm or gear. You can watch live online or catch the recording for 30 days. At the end of each webinar, the reviewed item is given to one random seat, free. Your purchase is a seat in the review webinar. It is not a purchase of the item itself.

Each webinar has its own seat price and seat count, both shown on the listing along with live seats left. You pick your seat number(s) on the seat map.

The review is scheduled after the last seat fills. Webinars run live online.

No. If you can't make it live, you can watch the replay as a seat-holder for 30 days.

Yes, if you hold a seat. Recordings are never posted publicly. Only people who hold a seat in that webinar get the live review and the on-demand replay. Replays stay available for 30 days in My Account under Webinar Videos.

All seat purchases are final; we don't offer refunds. The one exception: if your seat takes home an item that isn't allowed where you live, we refund what you paid for your seat(s).

We never ship firearms to a home. Every firearm ships to a licensed FFL dealer you choose, and that dealer has you fill out ATF Form 4473 and runs the background check before handing it over. Your FFL may charge its own transfer fee. We offer fast shipping once we have your FFL's license on file. Have your FFL email it to christian@torotactical.com. When your seat takes a firearm home, we cover the shipping to your FFL; you just pay your FFL's transfer fee. Non-firearm items (optics, accessories, gear) ship to the address on your account by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs extra, and the customer pays the difference.

Yes. Toro Tactical is a licensed FFL dealer and retail store at 1386 FM 1960 Bypass Road East, Humble, TX 77338. We're open Mon – Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM Central (closed Sat – Sun). Please call 346-861-3404 before you come in so we can confirm your order or transfer is ready. Firearm pickups need a valid ID, a completed ATF Form 4473, and a background check at the counter. It's your responsibility to follow all federal, state, and local laws, so check your local laws before you buy or book a seat. If an item is legal in your state but its magazines are not, it ships without the magazines. If your state restricts high-capacity magazines, please don't book seats for webinars that feature them. If your seat takes home an item that isn't allowed in your state, the item is forfeited and we refund what you paid for your seat(s). We can't substitute a different item or pay out its cash value.

Every firearm transfer requires passing the standard NICS background check at your FFL. If you don't pass, the FFL can't release the firearm to you.

You must be 21 or older for handguns and receivers, and 18 or older for long guns. You must be 21 or older to use torotactical.com.
