Right of Service

• Toro Tactical may refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
• We don’t sell to or do business with California residents.

Ammunition Purchases

• You must be at least 18 to buy rifle or shotgun ammunition, and at least 21 to buy handgun ammunition.
• All ammunition ships by ground, and an adult signature is required at delivery.
• Make sure the ammunition you order is the correct type for your firearm, and check your local laws before you buy.
• Every ammunition sale follows state and local law. We won’t ship ammunition to areas where it’s restricted.

Pricing & Description Errors

• Our inventory changes every day, so an item can occasionally be listed by mistake or show up with a typo.
• We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we can’t guarantee that every title, description, photo, or price is free of errors.
• Toro Tactical may refuse or cancel any order, including an order placed on an item with a pricing or description error. If we cancel your order, you won’t be charged, or we’ll refund your payment in full.
• If we find an error after you order, we’ll contact you before your order is processed.
• If an item was shipped to you by mistake, we may ask you to return it unopened for a refund.
• By placing an order, you agree that Toro Tactical, LLC has the final say on any catalog discrepancy.

General Firearm Sales

• Firearms, magazines, receivers, and other restricted items are sold and shipped in line with federal, state, and local law.
• Many of these items may be restricted where you live. Please check your local laws before you order.
• Under federal rules, you must be at least 18 to buy a long gun and at least 21 to buy a handgun. Your state and local laws may set different requirements.
• New firearms ship in the original manufacturer’s box with the included magazine(s), accessories, and warranty.
• Warranty work is handled by the manufacturer, within its warranty period.
• Accessories and special-order items we don’t normally stock aren’t covered under warranty, even when they’re sold as part of a package, unless Toro Tactical guaranteed that package in writing. For warranty details on accessories and special-order items, contact the manufacturer.
• Every firearm ships to a licensed FFL dealer, and a NICS background check is required at pickup.

Webinar Seats

• All seat purchases are final; we don’t offer refunds.
• The one exception: if your seat takes home an item that isn’t allowed in your state, the item is forfeited and we refund what you paid for your seat(s). We can’t substitute a different item or pay out its cash value.
• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs extra, and the customer pays the difference.
