Nighthawk Custom 1911 Magazine, 9mm, 10 Rounds, Aluminum Base Pad

Nighthawk Custom is known for hand-built 1911s, and its magazines are made to the same standard. This single stack Government mag holds 10 rounds of 9mm and comes with Nighthawk’s aluminum base pad already installed, so it seats solid and takes drops on the range in stride.

What sets it apart

• Stainless tube and follower: both are heat-treated, tempered stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance.
• Hardened steel follower: gives a positive slide lock after the last round and is built to last.
• Made for 9mm: an integrated feed ramp on the tube and parallel feed lips set each round up at a steady angle, with any brand of ammo.
• Smooth action: the tube is tumbled and polished to cut metal-to-metal friction.
• Round check: load indicator holes on the sides show how full it is without weakening the tube.
• Easy to service: it comes apart for cleaning, and a solid stop prevents over-insertion.
• Aluminum base pad: carries the Nighthawk Custom logo; the tube is laser-engraved with the logo too.

Break-in tip from Nighthawk: a new mag can feel stiff at first. Leave it fully loaded for a few days, load and unload it 15 to 20 times, then seat and drop it empty from your 1911 a few times with the slide locked back. The spring smooths out quickly.
