Nighthawk Custom Double Stack 1911 Magazine, 9mm, 19 Rounds
This is Nighthawk Custom’s 126mm double stack mag for Government and Commander length 1911s. It carries 19 rounds of 9mm and ships with an aluminum base pad, a solid choice for carry, competition or a range bag full of spares.
What sets it apart
- Stainless tube: heat-treated stainless steel for long-term strength, wear resistance and corrosion protection.
- Smooth feeding: the inside of the tube is tumbled and polished, and parallel feed lips guide every round to the ramp at the right angle across a wide range of ammo.
- Aluminum base pad: a durable pad that holds up to dropped mags and hard reloads.
- Locks back on empty: positive slide lock after the last round.
- Round check: load indicator holes let you confirm your count at a glance.
- Easy to service: it comes apart quickly for cleaning, and a built-in stop prevents over-insertion.
Break-in tip from Nighthawk: a new mag can feel stiff at first. Leave it fully loaded for a few days, load and unload it 15 to 20 times, then seat and drop it empty from your 1911 a few times with the slide locked back. The spring smooths out quickly.
