Ruger Mini-14 Tactical 5.56 NATO, 16.12″ Blued, ATI Folding Stock
The Mini-14 Tactical (Ruger model 5888) takes the rugged ranch rifle action and sets it up for modern use. It runs Ruger’s Garand-style action with a breech bolt locking system, a fixed-piston gas system and a self-cleaning moving gas cylinder, so it keeps cycling in dirt, heat and cold.
The 16.12″ barrel is cold hammer-forged for accurate, long-lasting rifling. It has a 1:9″ right-hand twist and a 1/2″-28 threaded muzzle with a factory flash suppressor installed. The black synthetic ATI Strikeforce stock collapses through 6 positions and folds to the side for compact storage and transport, and the polymer pistol grip gives you a solid hold.
For sights, you get a non-glare protected blade front and an adjustable ghost ring rear aperture. Want glass on top? The integral scope mounts are machined right into the solid steel receiver, and the scope rings come in the box. The receiver is also drilled and tapped for the included Picatinny rail.
