Model HG8328-N is the black METE MC9 Prime, Canik’s ported carry pistol in its most understated dress: a black nitride steel slide on a stippled black polymer frame. Under shop lighting the nitride slide takes on a dark gunmetal tone against the frame.
The slide’s front half is cut with lightening slots over a compensated barrel, and an expansion chamber built into the barrel and slide pushes gas upward to keep recoil down and the muzzle level. You get Night Fision tritium night sights out of the box plus a direct optic cut for RMSc-pattern dots, including Canik’s own ONYXc and PHANTOMc.
At 6.73″ long and 23.38 ounces, it carries easily yet still packs 17+1 rounds in the supplied sub-compact magazines. The 90° flat-face aluminum trigger and full grip stippling help with control, and the dust cover wears a Picatinny rail. Included are two 17-round magazines, a magazine loader, a bolt-on external magwell, three backstraps, a custom holster, Canik punch and tools, cleaning gear, a lock and a travel case.
