The Ruger American Rifle Generation II Ranch (model 46919) is a short, handy bolt-action built around AR-style magazines and chambered in 5.56 NATO. It pairs a Flat Dark Earth splatter Gen II stock with a Cobalt Cerakote barrel, receiver and bolt handle, so it looks sharp and holds up to truck-gun and ranch duty.
The 16.1″ cold hammer-forged barrel is medium contour with deep spiral flutes, has a 1:8″ twist, and is threaded 1/2″-28 with a factory radial port muzzle brake. Ruger’s Power Bedding integral bedding block fully floats the barrel, and the Marksman Adjustable trigger breaks crisp with a pull weight you can set between 3 and 5 pounds.
The stainless one-piece bolt uses a three-lug design with a 70° throw for plenty of scope clearance, and the oversized bolt handle is threaded 5/16″-24 if you want to swap it. A three-position tang safety locks the bolt but still lets you load the rifle with the safety on. A one-piece Picatinny scope base comes installed. Length of pull adjusts from 13.75″ down to 12″ by removing the included spacer, and the installed low comb helps line you up behind magnified optics. It ships with one 10-round magazine and steel sling swivel studs.
