The Akris is Microtech’s purpose-built hunting fixed blade. This model (95-10BK-5) has a 3.7″ drop point blade in Bohler M390MK stainless, 0.114″ thick, with a hollow grind, a stonewash finish and a plain, standard edge. The milled black G-10 handle gives a sure grip in wet or cold weather and has a lanyard hole at the butt. The knife weighs 4.09 oz on its own and rides in a slim black Kydex sheath that Microtech designed specifically for the Akris.
