Microtech Ultratech Gen III ZBP OTF Knife – D/E Apocalyptic, Natural Clear
The Ultratech has been Microtech’s flagship out-the-front knife since 1999, and the Gen III ZBP is the most refined version yet. Zero Blade Play keeps the deployed blade locked up tight with no wiggle. Microtech’s Crud Kutter helps keep lint and grit out of the action, and the Dual-Fuel Drive Train gives it a smooth, dependable double action. Push the thumb slide forward to fire the blade, and pull it back to retract.
This model carries a 3.55″ double-edge dagger blade in M390MK steel with Microtech’s Apocalyptic finish, a worn, battle-ready look that hides everyday scuffs. Both edges are partially serrated near the handle for cutting rope and cord. The 6061-T6 aluminum handle is anodized in Natural Clear, held together with Torx screws, and capped with a glass breaker. It’s made in the USA and backed by Microtech’s limited lifetime warranty.
